In seed-stage companies, we provide intensive support from the crucial concept phase through company launch. Our approach begins by working closely with the team to jointly identify goals the company must accomplish. We then supply needed resources and assistance to help meet each objective.

We're active coaches and participants in this phase, helping entrepreneurs to quickly reach their goals while mitigating risk. In more developed companies, our role as active board members provides guidance in key areas: assisting in strategy and operations reviews, recruiting, and financings.
